In Order 93 you argue it yourself.Rehearse it first
At a small-claims hearing no solicitor may represent either side, so preparation is all you can bring. Trial AI runs your case as a full mock trial — civil, criminal, IP, commercial or administrative — with both sides argued, a written judgment, and the questions the bench is most likely to put to you.

What Trial AI hears in Malaysia
Civil, Criminal, Intellectual property, Commercial, Administrative — all run as full mock trials, each routed to the court that would actually hear it here.
Civil
Claims between private parties over money, agreements, property and harm.
- Contract claims
- Tort and personal injury
- Property disputes
- Employment claims
- Family matters
Heard by
Magistrates’ Court → Sessions Court → High Court
Small claims under Order 93 to RM5,000, argued without lawyers. Above that it is an ordinary action and representation returns.
What Trial AI gives you here
- Liability and quantum analysed separately, so you know which one is weak
- A written judgment showing which head of loss survives and which does not
- A demand letter you can send before spending anything on filing
- A settlement range, and the argument the other side is most likely to run
Worked examples
The wedding photographer who never delivered
RM 3,800A KL couple paid a RM3,800 package in full; after the wedding the photographer stopped replying and delivered nothing.
A mock trial run as if self-represented — because in Order 93 you will be — plus a hearing script of the questions the magistrate is likely to ask.
The workshop that made the car worse
RM 2,400A Penang driver paid RM2,400 for a gearbox repair; the fault returned within a week and a second workshop found the part was never replaced.
The judgment turned on the second workshop’s inspection report — the mock trial showed exactly how to present it as the case’s spine.
Twenty-two case types across five categories. If your dispute does not fit neatly, describe it in your own words and the assistant will place it.
How a case becomes a court-result simulation
Trial AI is not ordinary chat. It puts the case through a simulated trial flow where plaintiff counsel, defendant counsel, and judge roles test each other before producing a court-result preview.

Reasons, risk, and next steps
A small money claim: Order 93, start to hearing
This is the path a claim under RM5,000 takes. Criminal, IP, commercial and administrative matters follow their own routes to the courts above — and unlike here, a solicitor can appear in those.
Letter of demand
State the debt, the basis and a deadline. Many disputes end here, and a clear letter is also the first document the magistrate will read if they do not.

File at the Magistrates’ Court
Small claims is a procedure inside the Magistrates’ Court, not a separate "Small Claims Court" — the name in common use does not exist as a constituted court. You sign the form personally.
RM20 · Appendix B2
The defence, 14 days
The other side has 14 days to file. A counterclaim above RM5,000 takes the whole case out of Order 93 — and at that point the lawyers and the costs both come back.
O.93 r.12(1)
The hearing — you speak
Neither side may be represented by a solicitor, and no advocacy costs are awarded either way. Whatever you have rehearsed is what you have.

After court simulation, generate a lawyer-letter draft
The system uses the simulated verdict, user role, and strongest strategy to draft a plaintiff-side or defendant-side lawyer letter that can be downloaded and reviewed by a real lawyer.
1. Read simulated verdict
Use risk, issues, and remedy direction.
2. Choose role and language
Draft for plaintiff or defendant in the chosen language.
3. Strengthen the claim
Demand compensation, injunctions, denial, or settlement terms.
4. Download for lawyer review
DOCX / PDF drafts can be edited and issued by counsel.

What people ask about Malaysia
No. It is a procedure inside the Magistrates’ Court under Order 93 of the Rules of Court 2012. The phrase is in common use — including on judiciary pages — but no such court is constituted, and knowing that tells you where to actually go.
