This Privacy Policy explains how DeFiner Tech Ltd handles information when you use Trial AI.

We collect account details, payment records, case content you submit, simulation outputs, device data, usage data, and support communications.

We use information to provide simulations, manage accounts, process payments, support users, maintain security, comply with law, and improve platform reliability.

3. Case Data and AI

Your submitted case data is processed to deliver the requested simulation. It is not used to train AI models.

4. Operational Safeguards

We apply operational controls for hosting, payment, email, analytics, security, and requested AI output generation.

5. Payments and Payment Disputes

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a payment is disputed, we share with Stripe, and through it with your card issuer, the information needed to resolve the dispute: your name and email address, the date and amount of the purchase, the IP address it was made from, your receipt, and a record of how the account was used after the purchase. We never share the content of your cases.

We keep payment and dispute records for as long as accounting and tax law require. Case content is kept while your account is active and can be deleted on request.

8. Optional Referral Measurement

If you allow referral measurement, we keep first and last referral categories, registered opaque campaign, creator and content codes, and a public landing-page path in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days, shared between trialai.org and app.trialai.org. Your choice is remembered for 180 days. At signup, these categories may be saved with your account and linked to case-creation, trial and payment records for aggregate reporting. We do not include case contents, arbitrary query text, fragments or full referrer URLs. Change your choice through Referral privacy choices in the footer; refusal stops future collection and removes the attribution cookie, but does not erase previously saved account records. Contact [email protected] to request deletion. Google Analytics collection is currently paused. This referral choice does not authorize Google Analytics.
